The A.R.M. Build & Battle icon.

The A.R.M. (Automated Repair Mechanism) is a Build & Battle structure found in both multiplayer and the single-player campaign. It can repair any vehicle or structure that is within its range by operating like a giant automated Welding Torch. If an enemy vehicle or structure is nearby, the A.R.M. will chip away at its armor and destroy it.

Properties[]

The A.R.M. is a giant multi-jointed arm with a glowing blue repair apparatus at the end. It rotates its joints to maneuver its apparatus towards items that need repairing.

Availability in Multiplayer Loadouts[]

The A.R.M. is available in every loadout except Classic Beta.

Strategy/Tips[]

  1. Place A.R.M.s near crucial structures, such as vehicle spawns, Bunkers, Beam Turrets, or Shield Generators.
  2. A.R.M.s are weak, so place them carefully or in pairs (they will repair each other).
  3. If your vehicle is damaged, retreat to a safe area and build an A.R.M.
  4. In Multiplayer Zones, place A.R.M.s near the rig capture circle. They will destroy enemy Hawks that land there.

Trivia[]

  • Due to the fact that Rigs and Shrines are made invincible in multiplayer and would otherwise maintain the same destructive properties as in single-player, placing an A.R.M. next to an enemy Rig or Shrine will cause it to constantly attempt to destroy it, to no avail. Whether this was intentional or a glitch is unknown.
